This boneless CERTIFIED ANGUS quality strip steak comes from the front portion of the short loin. Its delicate and dedicated trimming produces a sophisticated piece and its supreme marbling an unexpected and unequalled tenderness and juiciness.
2. USDA PRIME PICANHA (40 0Z)
This cut comes from the back side of the animal and is also known as top sirloin cap. Our prime cuts bear a high degree and quality in the distribution of its intramuscular fat which translates into a unique, flavorful and tender piece.
3. USDA CHOICE ANGUS OUTSIDE SKIRT SKIN ON (24oz)
Skin on. Located in the short plate section, spanning from the 6th to 12th ribs, we find the premium ANGUS skirt, the outside skirt. Its characteristic tenderness and richness of flavor makes this cut a favorite for delicate seasoning and preparation.
4.USDA CHOICE ANGUS DELMONICO 20oz
Popularized by a restaurant in the US during the mid 19th century, the Delmonico steak features a thick cut of a supreme quality meat. Our Delmonico steak comprises a bone-in ribeye unique in its buttery flavor and innate tenderness due to its slightly marbling (intramuscular fat distribution).
