A high quality steak coming from the front portion of the short loin, consisting of a strip steak and sometimes a small section of tenderloin divided by a characteristic t-shaped bone. Our fully marbled t-bone steaks are portioned, vacuum sealed and dry aged from 45 days and up to enhance the tenderness and flavor that surpass all expectations.
