Meat & Greet Father’s Day

Father’s Day Dinner. PER COUPLE

June 17- 18 2022 (June 18 sold out) 

Hour 6:30pm sharp. Dorado Store

2 hours service. 

This Dinner is designed to enjoy a really special time with those we love.

Each reservation is for two persons in each table. Only Adults. No kids allowed. 

Includes: 

First Course - Peppered Prime Tenderloin Carpaccio, Parmesan Whip, Capers, Egg Dust, Mustard Greens

Second Course - Smoked Prime Short Ribs Ravioli, Wild Mushroom & Truffle Ragú, Burnt Butter Sauce, Pea Tendrils

Third Course -  Australian Wagyu Striploin BMS 9, Butter Poached Lobster Tail, Caramelized Carrot Mousse, Poached Asparagus, Whiskey Demi.

Fourth Course - A Chocolate Surprise Dessert. 

We are going to pair every course with an amazing Whiskey Cocktail to experience something amazingly different. 

We are going to have for sale bottles of

SPARKLING, WHITE OR RED WINE
